What is the Common Program

The Common Program refers to a systematic thinking of the top-level design of an£ enterprise and a specific form of corporate culture. To promote ideas and ‍behavior improvement by revealing and discussing problems, corporat•e culture is the process of finally reaching consensus, establishing contracts and forming habit↑s. This process is essentially a process of cultural communication, ​exchange and integration.

Components of the Common Program

The Common Program consists of eight parts, including Preface, Chapter I Core Idea, Chapter I I Strategic Rules, Chapter III Rules of Operation, Chapter IV Rules of Organization, Chapter ≠V Rules of Talent, Chapter VI Stimulation of Struggl$e, Chapter VII Corporate Inheritance and Revision ♣of the Common Program.
