Introduction
The Gene Scoper is based on constant chain substitu-tion and polymerase reΩaction for synthetic amplifica-tion of specific genes, using th​e characteristic that thetime elapsed when the fluorescence s£ignal in thereaction tube reaches a set threshold correlates withthe starting copy number of± that template,measuringthe fluorescence signal through₩ the fluorescencedetection system, and analyzes the gene to be' tested inthe sample.
